Milling Another Walnut Log

This Walnut log is from Oneida, NY. Usually a hole like this would cause issues, but not for us. We'll build around it. Love it.

On it's way to Nashville, TN. This live edge slab table and two matching benches are all cleaned up and ready for the road.

Cash and Carry at the Bklyn Flea

Needing seating for a dinner party that night, they knew where to come to get a reclaimed Douglas Fir bench with walnut inlays.  Certainly a conversation piece as wood came from a former horse barn in Yonkers, NY.

Trees from LES Waterfront Parks

Robert Rising
August 18, 2014

We are very happy to share that we just got a few loads of trees from the LES waterfront parks. 480 non-regulated London Plane trees were taken down and happily we were able to save three truckloads.  The rest will sadly be used for firewood.

Do you know where your wood comes from?
