This Walnut log is from Oneida, NY. Usually a hole like this would cause issues, but not for us. We'll build around it. Love it.

Needing seating for a dinner party that night, they knew where to come to get a reclaimed Douglas Fir bench with walnut inlays. Certainly a conversation piece as wood came from a former horse barn in Yonkers, NY.

Trees from LES Waterfront Parks
We are very happy to share that we just got a few loads of trees from the LES waterfront parks. 480 non-regulated London Plane trees were taken down and happily we were able to save three truckloads. The rest will sadly be used for firewood.
