Patrolman John Fogarty arrested contracting foreman Nicholas Pierazio, who had three pounds of dynamite and six detonators in his pockets. Mr. Pierazio had boarded a McLean Avenue trolley, threatened to explode the car and thereby terrifying the passengers onboard.
